Place Your Order Visit eunextrading.com and choose your desired product with pay on delivery selected.Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an Order ID — this ID is required to fill the installment form

Step 1: Activate Your Installment Plan
After we receive your order notification, a pay (small small installment) invoice will be generated for you to pay just ₵100 to activate your installment invoice. This payment secures your product and is deducted from your balance once you complete payment. (Note: money paid for installments are not refundable.)
Step 2: Choose Your Payment Option
We offer two flexible ways to pay, depending on your comfort:
Option 1 — Auto Debit Plan
Set how much you wish to pay (daily, weekly, or monthly).
Example: ₵50 every week or ₵200 every month.
Our system automatically deducts your chosen amount from your account or wallet until you finish paying.
(Note: You won’t need to remember due dates — everything happens automatically.)
Option 2 — Flexible Pay Plan
If you prefer full control, this is for you!
An installment invoice will be created for you. You can tap the link anytime to make payments manually — any amount, anytime you want.
(Note: No fixed dates, no pressure. Just pay at your pace until you’re done.)
Tracking Your Payments
Each payment made sends an SMS or email receipt. Keep them as proof, but don’t worry — even if you lose them, we can check from our system.
If You Miss Your Payment Range
If you don’t complete your payment within your selected period, your installment invoice will be automatically canceled.
You can request reactivation by paying a ₵20–₵50 service charge, and we’ll recreate your invoice to continue.
Swap or Refund Policy
If you wish to switch to a different product of the same value and it’s available at EuneX, we’ll gladly swap it for you.
If, after full payment, EuneX is unable to deliver your product within 2 months, your money will be fully refunded.
Final Step: Product Delivery
Once full payment is completed, your product will be ready for pickup or delivery.Products are released only after full payment is confirmed.

Digital Form Signature Requirement
To ensure fairness and agreement, every customer applying for the installment plan must digitally sign the form by writing your full name.
To join, simply fill the form and sign your full name as your agreement to our terms and conditions.
